Maesdu is often termed more simply as Llandudno Golf Club, and is a welcoming club located on the outskirts of north Wales’ most popular holiday town. Founded in 1915, Maesdu has a rich heritage – in fact, this was once one of Britain’s most established tournament venues.

Famous names like Henry Cotton and Peter Alliss have graced the course, whose 6,500 yard layout is a decent test. In addition to the lovely layout, Maesdu offers its visitors the chance to enjoy amazing panoramic views taking in Conwy Bay, the Great Orme, the Isle of Anglesey, Puffin Island and the Snowdonia mountains.
The severe slopes on the greens makes putting crucial to success on the scoring front, but even if your touch deserts you, Maesdu is sure to provide an extremely pleasurable round as part of a golf tour around Llandudno.
