Murrayshall Course
The Murrayshall Course, which is the resort's primary championship course, is a highly regarded par 73 layout that can challenge even the finest players. The 6,441 yard stretch is frequently used for national amateur events, which is testament to the quality design formulated by Hamilton J. Stutt, whose architectural influences expertise was handed down from the great James Braid. The immaculate fairways are lined by mature woodland, while the pristine putting surfaces are protected by strategic bunkers. Murrayshall's impressive reputation is certainly justified, and is a fantastic golf break option in the stunning heart of Scotland.
Lynedoch Course
The Lynedoch Course is Murrayshall's second, and while it is not as celebrated as the main championship layout, it is thoroughly entertaining. The par of 69 will only be matched by the most precise visitors, and the large greens and water hazards present many potential perils. Also designed by Stutt, the beautiful Lynedoch Course is the perfect foil for the resort's main event, and plays an important role in attracting many astute golf break visitors.
Murrayshall has a dedicated golf centre, with an excellent range that is the ideal place to work on your game.
