The Open Course
The Nottinghamshire's best established
course is best viewed in two distinct halves; the front nine is laid out around
an intimidating network of lakes and waterways, which can easily account for the
majority of your golf ball supply! The closing stretch is bordered by
impressive woodland, and though different in style, is just as enjoyable.
The Masters Course
Originally a nine-hole course, The Masters was transformed
by Peter Alliss in 1997, and the revision has made it a real treat. The signature
hole is the short 16th, whose green is perched at the edge of a
large lake – in the middle of the same lake is the nerve jangling 11th tee!
