Postolowo will undoubtedly be the golfing highlight of your trip to Gdansk, as it is ranked as the number one course in Poland. The layout was designed by Englishman Jeremy Turner, whose portfolio is dominated by excellent creations in Sweden. For the project at Postolowo, Turner teamed up with Peter Chamberlain, a professional and architect associated with the outstanding Falsterbo club near Malmo.

Postolowo, host to Polish Open, is not only the best course in the country, it is also the longest par 72 in continental Europe, measuring a staggering 7,758 yards from the tips! Turner’s brief was to create a championship course that would be an exacting test for professional golfers, but one that could be enjoyed by everyone – as such, there are numerous tees, and alternative routes from tee to green.
Majestic rolling sand hills and beautiful banks of woodland set the backdrop for Postolowo, which is the golfing gem in the crown of Gdansk, and comes highly recommended for a golf holiday in Poland.
