Designed by James Braid in 1903, Powfoot is located near the Solway Firth, facing facing the Cumbrian Lake District. The front nine is a challenging links, while the home holes are more parkland in style, but retain the threat of gorse and whins bordering close to the fairways and greens. Powfoot is an enjoyable challenge for all, and visitors will be warmly welcomed.
