The golf course at Sprowston Manor was really good and the greens were really, really fast! Unfortunately we experienced too many three puts...not the courses fault...only had ourselves to blame!
The hotel was of a very good standard as well. The food in the 1559 Manor Restaurant was great and it is easy to see why it has been awarded with an AA Rosette. The staff were also very polite.
All in all our weekend golf break was a great success and we will be back to book future golf holidays with Your Golf Travel. The service from you was great and the whole process was quick and easy and we thought dinner, bed & breakfast and two rounds of golf for just £89 was unbelievable value!
We had a good weekend at Marriott Sprowston Manor Hotel
& Country Club.
The resort was very pleasant and most enjoyable. We had very good weather and
all staff at Sprowston Manor were very friendly and accommodating. We couldn't
fault the hotel for its service, quality and facilities provided. The rooms
were very well equipped, large and very clean. The restaurant and bar areas
were excellent with top quality food. We were surprised to be told that there
was no restriction applied to our evening meal menu on each night and that we
could pick anything from the menu. Other Marriott hotels we have been to as
part of a golf break had a cap of £25 per person. Drinks costs were in line
with normal hotel prices but found the golf bar to be a tad expensive for their
snacks.
