Since opening in 1996, the Denis Griffiths designed course has matured beautifully, and is a joy to behold. Principally a members course, the Thai Country Club’s is exclusive, but its impeccably manicured fairways are available to the general public.
The fairways are mounded, and the greens and bunkers are carved into incredible shapes; essentially, the Thai Country Club is heavily influenced by the remarkable resort layouts of Florida.
Since Tiger Woods carded a final round 64 to romp to the Honda Asian Classic by ten strokes in 1997, the Thai Country Club has been among the finest the country has to offer, and should certainly be included in en exotic golf holiday in Thailand.
