From the back tee markers, Abama reaches 6,815 yards, which is not particularly long for a modern construction, but visitors will enjoy the terrific variety of holes that designer Thomas has conceived.

Although there are many stand-outs, the 10^th is arguably the signature hole, as it dog-legs to the left, bordered on one side by out-of-bounds and on the other by a threatening sequence of lakes.
