Bruntsfield Links, and its Golfing Society, is one of Edinburgh's truly historic institutions, dating back to 1761. The club moved to the present site in 1898, and since then it has established itself as one of Edinburgh golf's leading organisations.

The course itself is a delightful rolling parkland test, located just a few yards in places from the Royal Burgess. Spectacular views across the Firth of Forth are assured at Bruntsfield, as is your enjoyment of a terrific layout.
The original design was penned by Scottish golfing legend Willie Park Junior, and has since been the subject of revision by Dr. Alister Mackenzie and more recently, Martin Hawtree.
These individuals were all at the forefront of golf in their respective generations, which gives an insight into the quality of Bruntsfield Links. Tournaments of the calibre of the British Boys, British Seniors and the Mid Amateur Championships have graced the course, which comes highly recommended as part of a golf tour in Edinburgh.
