The Chateau de Taulane is home to the first course to be created in France by South African legend Gary Player.
Exquisitely carved into the mature woodland of the hilly landscape inland from the famous Mediterranean coastline, the course offers amazing views, as well as a stern test of golf. From the championship tee markers, Chateau de Taulane can be stretched to 6,824 yards, and although the immaculate fairways are relatively wide, wayward striking will see you quickly come to grief.
The stunning landscape provides a beautifully secluded round in the foothills, and the great versatility makes Chateau de Taulane an appropriate challenge for all, from the average golfing tourist to the highly skilled player. The long dog-leg 18th is a great climax to the hole - beware of the lake that guards the front-right of the green, it can be a card-wrecker!
