La Manga Club – South Course

Designed by The King, Arnold Palmer, The South Course at La Manga Club is one that has welcomed golfers for decades. El Valle Golf Course

Designed by Jack Nicklaus, the par-71 layout at El Valle is one that is full of contrasts and vistas courtesy of its dramatic desert setting. Nicklaus’ design ethos is clear to see throughout your round at El Valle with plenty of room afforded off the tee before the hole narrows towards the putting surfaces which are fast, true and feature incredible breaks and slopes that reward excellent green reading.

The course has also been a host for European Tour Qualifying as well as numerous regional Spanish professional events.

Hacienda del Alamo Golf Course

Those wanting to test their long driving skills will certainly find a home at Hacienda del Alamo. Off the back tees, the golf course can be stretched to 7,370 yards against a par of 72 meaning that only the very best of drivers will be likely to play to their handicap around this lush green golf course designed by Dave Thomas.

Water is a key feature at Hacienda del Alamo with the picturesque par-3 8th and 12th holes causing heart-in-mouth approaches over water as well as the closing holes on each nine of the par-5 9th and 18 holes requiring highly accurate approaches into the greens to avoid getting a penalty. With a lovely clubhouse overlooking the course, golfers are well-recommended the chance to sit back and relax on the terrace watching the play unfold before you, complete with a nice cold drink in hand.

Great Value Golf Courses in Murcia

The course features its very own Amen Corner on holes 13, 14 and 15. With water in play on all of these holes courtesy of a large lake, only the most accurate of play will result in getting round these trio on par.
