Things to do away from the course in Belek
The region of Belek has enjoyed rapid growth over the last 10 -15 years after the Turkey Government saw that it had the potential to be a tourism hot spot. Of course it is known as one of the top golfing destinations in the world but there is much to see and do in Belek even if you are not a golfer.
The Beaches
There are many stunning beaches in the Belek area which have received a large investment from the Turkish government and offer a fantastic array of watersports including sailing, windsurfing and water-skiing.

The Dolphinarium
The Troy Aqua Park is home to its very own Dolphinarium where you can even swim with the dolphins. The Troy Aqua Park is said to be the biggest water park in the Mediterranean region. If you are travelling with the family, and fancy a break from the course,then a visit to the Aqua Park will be a great day out.
The Belek Town Mosque
The Mosque is situated the centre of the town and is a photographer’s dream with lots of opportunities for pictures to be taken of the actual mosque and of the waterfalls in the very impressive town square.
The Cappadocia Wonderland
A trip to the stunning Cappadocia may be an overnight trip but it is highly recommended. On this trip you will see get to explore the underground city, rock house and rock-cut churches. You can even take a hot air balloon journey where you can see breathtaking views overlooking Cappadocia.
