Various options for half board meals in different restaurants giving a variety of foods which was good. Breakfast outside area with good choices. Hotel not crowded in open areas and guest service concierge very good. Rooms adequate.

Good

Hotel described as having 5 restaurants. We only found 2 and one of those was closed. Enquiries at reception revealed that the staff did not know where the other 3 are. Also says it has a spa but enquiries gave same result. Both may be in the adjoining Annabel but unable to confirm this. Food limited especially in the evening possibly due to Covid restrictions.

We paid extra for a better room, the bedding was very clean and the view was fine, however, the floor was bare, the full length mirror was lent against the wall and the chairs on the balcony were wooden with no cushions overall it was very bare and not at all welcoming. We had to ask for tea facilities and were “allowed” 2 tea bags a day. The bathroom had 2 sinks and a toilet that were fine BUT the shower cubicle and floor tiles were an absolute disgrace, the grouting was grubby to say the least and looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned for months. We would give the bathroom 2 star rating at the most and when we told them at reception they replied that they were going to be refurbished next year as if that should satisfy us!!!

We had sea view accommodation and the view fantastic. Rooms were large with plenty storage and the bathroom had a large shower and a bath. There were many swimming pools both indoor and out plenty of sunbeds. Self-service food excellent for a little extra there were other restaurants to try.
