The exterior looks like a very basic hotel, but the experience overall was excellent. Warm, welcoming staff and a bar/restaurant that is a good as many 5 star hotels. The views over the Rhone valley, whilst having breakfast or dinner are breathtaking and if you can get a room looking at the mountains it adds to the enjoyment.

We paid a small upgrade for this hotel and could not have been happier. the facilities are superb and the service wonderful. But the view... THE VIEW... UNFORGETTABLE.
