The golfing complex at Bicester is also home to a short game practice area and a well stocked professional's shop. The comprehensive facilities combined with the highly regarded championship course have helped to make Bicester one of the most desirable golf break venues in southern England.
Each of the 52 new bedrooms is furnished in a high class contemporary style, and all are complete with en-suite bathrooms. Some of the ground floor units boast a private patio area, while every room boasts the necessary amenities to ensure comfort and convenience.

The country club offers two good dining options - for a fine gourmet experience opt for Gray's Restaurant, or for a more relaxed ambience head for the Sports Bar, which has big screens for all major sporting events.
If you prefer to stay closer to Oxford City centre then the Oxfordshire Inn Hotel is a good option. The hotel is seven miles from Bicester, featuring 28 rooms, free car parking and Wi-Fi.
Excellent venue and all good
accommodation ok but was refused a refund of over Ā£200 on my room credit.will never come here again they used every excuse in the book not to refund me.so between your golf travel and the hotel I'm out of pocket by over Ā£400
The hotel staff were brilliant and made our two day golf event a great success.
Hotel clean and comfortable. Good location. Food very average, not much choice and same menu each night.
Staff were great, very good food, accommodation was clean and more than comfortable. Overall an excellent place to stay for a golf trip.
Great staff all so nice Top room food is good nice wine options and good beers
We had a very pleasant stay, food was good, staff helpful and pleasant (if a bit overstretched at times!). Very comfortable rooms and enjoyable golf. One of our group was disappointed not to have Sky but otherwise no complaints!
We were upgraded to a Superior room without even having to ask which was a pleasant surprise. All of the staff from Reception to the Restaurant and Bar were very friendly and helpful at all times. The quality of food was excellent and great value, I would certainly recommend this Hotel. The pool and Spa again lovely staff and spotlessly clean.
Canāt rate this hotel highly enough. The staff were truly amazing and without doubt the best golf hotel we have stayed in.
Really nice hotel, located very close to Bicester Village, room was very comfortable and well equipped. We ate at the hotel and the feed was good quality and reasonably priced.
Everything about the trip was 1st class, couldn't have gone any better. Staff always pleasant and helpful, food great, golf course in extremely good condition. Shame we didn't have time to use the spa facilities. 10/10
Lovely hotel, rooms very tidy, clean and generally looking in good care. Restaurant food was delicious and good value.
For the third year running I took over 50 people along to the hotel (66 this time) to hold my annual charity golf event. As ever the hotel staff treated my guests and I with respect and assisted immediately if required. The hotel allowed me my usual fundraising activities and just over Ā£4K was raised. Many members have commented that this was the best event yet. Thank you to Paul (GM) and everyone at the hotel for a fabulous 3 days.
Accommodation very good. Food also good. Service was very slow with evening meal taking forever despite half empty restaurant.
Really good standard of room facilities great friendly welcoming staff looked after us really well
Great hotel and staff!!! Dinner and breakfast very good and will go back
Room a bit dated and not attended during stay due to COVID No problem however if new towels or milk and tea required just needed to ask.Staff where excellent considering their seem to be a shortage of staff .Staff could not be more helpful considering the pressure they where under.
Comfortable double room. Nice swimming pool and spa. Limited menu in Covid times but food well prepared. My steak needed to be sent back but two glasses of wine on the house helped! Staff were very friendly and helpful.
staff couldnt do enough for you food excellent couldnt fault hotel.
Great hotel, friendly staff. Felt very Covid secure. Food was very tasty. Rooms clean and comfy. Golf and Spa facilities first class.
Really liked this hotel, great for golf & shopping! Less than 10mins to Bicester Village. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. Under current regulations breakfast & dinner times all need to be booked, but never crowded and felt comfortable.
Brilliant hotel from top to bottom. Food wonderful. Staff excellent. Rooms spacious, clean and tidy. No negatives at all. Worth a visit as a golfer or non golfer.
The food was great. We enjoyed the dinner very much!
Really nice course and hotel. Played in October, but think it will be great in the summer. We will be back
Perfectly acceptable in all respects. Of note: staff were always courteous helpful; food particularly good (well presented and to a high standard); clean and tidy; COVID friendly with all the usual procedures and precautions. Very small negative point: all interconnecting doors throughout the hotel were, understandably, closed at all times. However, it was slightly disconcerting to have to use the metal handles to open them several times a day. Not ideal but not sure what can be done about this. One for the management to consider?
Great value for money! Lovely spa and friendly staff.
We had a lovely time playing golf, using the gym and spa. Dinner and breakfast were also lovely!
Ten of us had a very enjoyable two days at the Bicester GC. The food was superb and the service excellent. A special mention to Abi for the way she looked after us.
Very smart well appointed rooms
We stayed one night at the Bicester Hotel on a two day golf package. The Hotel was welcoming, clean, comfortable and airy. The staff were exceptionally pleasant especially at dinner (for 13) where they were continuously attending to us. The dinner was excellent. We can't fault anything and in fact all of us were agreed that we would go again.
Rooms excellent , Restaurant very good choice and service
We were upgraded and the room was lovely. Much appreciated. Food was fabulous.
A modern and well equipped hotel. The staff are very helpful and attentive. The rooms are comfortable. The TV is small for the size of the room and the soundproofing poor
A gem! I hosted a charity Golf event this weekend over 3 days and the team at the hotel looked after us perfectly. The hotel and the golf course were a hit with the 50+ attendees and I would thoroughly recommend this venue to any group of golfers, regardless of size. I will be seriously considering a return visit next year.
Great staff, excellent food (dinner in the Brassiere) and well maintained course. Staff willing to go that extra mile and here is an example: loosing a mobile on the course is never ideal and asking for help to find the phone was a challenge well received by John in the Pro Shop. Not wanting to interrupt our game John went out onto the course and recovered the phone whilst we carried on playing, what a star, thank you John!!
Excellent hotel. Would definitely recommend to my fellow golfers.
Our group of 15 found Bicester fantastic on all fronts. The staff were exceptional, food lovely, rooms superb and spa excellent. We had a really good weekend added to by Ryder Cup success.

A good course to play with excellent greens and interesting holes. It's a shame that this will be reduced to a 9 hole course early in 2022 as the back 9 has been sold for a new hotel and water-park development.
weather and conditions good .greens tricky good course for seniors
Forgiving in parts with a few tricky challenging holes. Greens were very fast on our first day and the tees were in excellent condition.
Good, greens fast and enjoyed the course
Course was very well maintained, fast and receptive greens, tee boxes well manicured. A decent challenge, the course was no pushover.
Absolutely brilliant Great test for all golfers I be back
Difficult to answer first question... About Right on first day but very Slow on second. Lots of 4 balls who didnāt move very quickly. I had the misfortune of losing my trolley, battery, clubs etc in the pond by the 18th green. John from the pro shop couldnāt have been more helpful... hauled it out, dried everything out as best as possible and loaned me a bag and trolley for my second day. It was a horrible experience but made so much better by Johnās quick action and helpfulness.
We went for 2 days. The first day unfortunately we were behind a group of Seniors who were on a day out from another club. Although they kept apologising for the pace of play SLOW they didnāt offer to let us through even though we were a 2 ball. Luckily it was a beautiful day. It took 4.45 hours . The second day was much better and we finished the round in 3.15 hours. The course itself was very interesting and quite challenging. Our only negative is itās very noisy when you are near the Motorway.
Played here as part of golf break, really nice, challenging course, in great condition. The greens were very well kept, running true and fast. It was very busy, but the pace of play whilst slightly slow at times, was still ok overall.
Course well maintained, from tee to green grass was extremely good. Rough was tight but not too long. You could lose a ball but you could play out of it. Greens were quick and rolled well and true.
Lovely course with tight fairways and water making it about placement rather than distance alone. Back 9 has most of the water but was visibly less well kept than the front 9, still good condition though. Fast greens.
Excellent greens Fairways a bit bare Very enjoyable Only problem no buggies available
Excellent, undulating quick greens. Some very tight driving holes. Overall a good test of golf
Condition of course was excellent. Pro shop basic with uninterested staff. Got away early on both days which was useful.
Great greens lots of borrows and difficult pin positions as it was club champs weekend. Tight fairways and thinking holes
Very good golf course, the greens were excellent and the overall course well well maintained!! Definitely go back really enjoyed it!!
Front nine long back nine more technical Greens in excellent condition but slopes and pin positions can make putting difficult.Pro shop helpful very enjoyable rounds of golf .Monday wet Tuesday dry and cold Wednesday very hot typically British summer
Very noisy unfortunately. The course is right next to the M40 with some holes on the back 9 within about 50 yards. If you are looking for a quite and peaceful 18 holes then this is not for you. Flat track with lots of ditches and ponds....and inevitably not enough drainage! Caught behind a really slow society playing zig-zag golf on our second day. 9 holes took nearly 2 1/2 hours so gave up and went home.
such a shame course close to M40 traffic noise was horrendous which clouded enjoyment of play
Fantastic condition. Challenging, but fun for all abilities. Practise nets & putting green, chipping area, no driving range.
Nice course, certainly for ladies 4 par 5ās in a row quite a challenge! Greens good, quite small and sloped. The small tricky par4ās on the back 9 certainly got your attention.
Course was an excellent find. Greens were excellent considering time of year. Plenty of green staff cutting the immaculate fairways. Flat course so an easy walk. A few short āplottyā holes so you certainly donāt have to be long off the tee. No range but decent practice facilities. Overall well worth a visit. 8/10 course 9/10 hotel.
Tee boxes weren't in great nick but the greens were good. Lack of driving range (+ broken nets) was a bit disappointing
We would like to come back again.
First nine fairly stnd. Back nine a lot more tricky and difficult. Very tight with a lot of hazards..water, ditches, trees etc. Not a bombers cse. Greens were undulating and fast. Road noise from M40.
We are pretty rusty so we chose this as a not too challenging course and I think it was perfect! Some interesting water on the back 9. Course was a little muddy but hardly surprising given the recent rain. Not busy at all which was nice.
Lovely course to get back into golf as it is not very hard and there is no handicap
The second nine holes were challenging, tight driving holes with water hazards. The greens were in good condition and not always easy to read.
Peter in the pro shop couldn't have been more helpful. Course was tough, bunkers needed a bit of tlc, but overall a really enjoyable two days.
Relatively flat course with several par 5s that did not play long for men. Especially interesting holes on the back nine with water coming into play on three of them. Greens were true and medium paced. Our second round was slow from 13 onwards because two four balls in front let through a two ball, so we all jammed up. Maybe better not to let a two ball tee off in the middle of several four balls...but maybe no other choice.
Our group were varied from 9 to 29 handicap, and this course suited our party. PS I increased our party number from 7 to 8 within a week of date. Was charged the 25 GBP admin which I understand but surely a few balls or free buggy may have been appropriate. Shame as it was a good venue for us.
It was hard for me but I am new to golf. Some very interesting holes and some long par 5s. Nice course.
The design and layout of the course is good with some interesting holes; however, the driving range is hard to find, had run out of balls and was unappealing. The course was in very variable condition, some of the fairways have had drainage or similar work done with poor restoration, some tee boxes were tatty and some bunkers were poorly maintained. This is a very average āpay &playā course.
Well maintained, no traffic on the course and the golf team are incredible eager to assist when required.
Warm welcome from the professional, buggy organised by YGT was ready. Shorter course (5 900 yards) with some tricky shorter par 4's, it certainly suited my game better!Very well laid out and it would be good to play it again on a better day. The only slight drawback was that the greens had been top dressed making them slower although they ran true, the pro had forewarned us!
Excellent venue except for the very slow pace of play on the golf course purely because of the number of golfers with flying balls all over the place except the fairways!
Great golf course. Some of our higher handicappers struggled but most of us really enjoyed the challenge especially around 14/15 where the water comes into play. We will happily return. I could not give the highest mark for condition as like most courses the fairways have really suffered from this years dry weather.
