You can register for YGT Clubhouse by creating an account through the ‘My Account’ page on our website, downloading the Your Golf Travel app, or giving our team a call. It’s completely free, and open to anyone aged 18 or over.
Yes! You’ll receive 500 bonus points just for signing up. It’s our way of saying welcome aboard.
No physical cards needed — everything is digital. You can access your points and vouchers anytime via your online account or the YGT app.
You can reset your password at any time by going to the login page and clicking ‘Forgot password?’ Follow the steps from there and you’ll be good to go.
To update your details, simply log in to your account and head to the settings section in the dropdown within your account. From there, you can make any changes you need.
We’re sorry to see you go! You can close your account by heading to your account settings and click on 'Deactivate Account' at the bottom of the page.
You can update your marketing preferences at any time by logging into your account and going to your communication settings in your Settings. Just untick what you don’t want to receive.
You’ll earn 1 point for every £1 you spend with us. Once you hit 1,000 points, you can convert them into a £10 voucher to use on your next booking. Vouchers are valid across all YGT packages and events (except when purchasing gift vouchers).
Whether you book online or over the phone, you’ll earn 1 point for every £1 you spend. If you’re the lead booker and you’re the one paying, all points from the booking will be credited to your YGT Clubhouse account.
Points will show in your account as ‘pending’ once your booking is confirmed. They’ll become ‘active’ shortly after you return from your trip.
Points may be removed if a booking is cancelled or refunded, or if you’ve already used them to claim a voucher. You can check your full points history in your account. If anything looks off, feel free to get in touch and we’ll take a look: cs@yourgolftravel.com
Yes, points expire 24 months after they’re earned. We’ll always aim to remind you before that happens so you don’t miss out.
You can view your points balance anytime by logging into your account on the app or website.
Once you reach 1,000 points, you can convert them into a £10 voucher from your YGT Clubhouse account. You can keep building and redeeming in multiples of 1,000 points.
All your available vouchers will appear in the ‘Vouchers’ section of your account. Just log in to view or use them.
You can apply your voucher at checkout by entering the unique voucher code into the promo code box. The discount will be applied automatically.
You’ll be able to create a new £10 voucher every time your points balance hits another 1,000. You can convert your points into vouchers as soon as you're ready to redeem them.
Voucher balances and expiry dates are shown in the ‘Vouchers’ section of your account. If you have multiple vouchers, each one will be listed separately.
Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date they’re issued. Don’t worry — we’ll remind you before one expires.

You'll get 1000 points when you refer a friend and they book for the first time, and your friend will also get 1000 when they sign up through your unique sharing link to make a booking.
Go into your YGT Clubhouse Account and navigate to the Refer a Friend section of your account. You will be able to generate a unique referral link which you can share with your friend.
Your friend will sign-up for a YGT Clubhouse account when they click through your unique link and we'll load the points for them to convert into a voucher for use against their first booking with us.
You can refer up to 20 friends through our refer-a-friend scheme with YGT Clubhouse.
When you're ready to redeem your points against a booking, you can convert your points as you would other YGT Clubhouse Rewards points. These points will be included in your Active Points balance as soon as you can convert them into a voucher, which you can then use against your booking!
Like all other YGT Clubhouse Rewards points, your points (and the voucher you convert them into) will live for 24 months from the point they are issued as Active Points. So don't sit on them for too long!
