H10 Costa Adeje Palace

A very disappointing hotel. Needing to pay extra for use of in-room safe and tea & coffee making facilities. Restaurant very poor quality.

The hotel was ok, the food (all inclusive) was pretty bad.

Hotel is very large & mealtimes are very busy

Hotel situated in a nice quiet area. Beds are brick hard but other than that the hotel is ideal.

Use of the Privilige facility was very good and we enjoyed the Hotel. All the hotel staff were excellent and very friendly.

Great hotel with fabulous pools overlooking the ocean. Plenty of sun beds for apri golf! Staff very helpful in sorting any issues such as late transport! Good variety of food in buffet with a different country theme each night. Comfortable bed and efficient air on and a ceiling fan that coped well with high 30s temperature.

The H10 is at the far end of Adeje and a short walk from the restaurants at Caleta. One thing with the hotel bars is that you can't use cash and you have to charge everything to your room or use a debit card. There is a small complex of bars, restaurants and a supermarket which is ideal if you want a change of food and also drinks for the room fridge (not mini bar). If you want tea/coffee making facilities it's an extra 2 euros a day.

Had to pay eaxtra for tea facilities in room and extra for the use of a safe and extra for use of the fridge!!

The hotel exceeded expectation! The rooms were spacious and comfortable and although we had booked to eat out every night we found the hotel food very acceptable and ate there four times! Although huge, the hotel was well designed and we never felt that we were in a crowd. Would thoroughly recommend it!

Whilst it looks great from the coast path (which is why we booked it) we would never stay at an H10 again. The staff at reception were generally unhelpful and unfriendly and the food is tasteless and luke warm at best (we had no choice with YGT but to have half-board). Bedrooms need updating and refurbishing. Shocked to be expected to pay extra for a room safe, a kettle and bathrobes.

The rooms were very basic, no kettle, unable to have a brew in the room. No bottle water in the room.

Stayed All Inclusive. The staff were never backward about giving us more to drink or eat. Everyone was very polite, smiley and professional. The rooms were a little dated, but at least you didn't need an instructional manual to turn the shower on!

Excellent hotel couldn't fault it really. If I was to complain it would be regarding the mini bus transfers as the buses were tied with no air conditioning, and on the Sundays transfer to the airport it was raining and the windows on the bus were leaking and most of us got wet.

Overall the hotel was very good, clean, friendly and the quality of the food most days was good. The reason I have marked it down in some areas is they charge extra for pretty much everything, if you want a kettle in your room it is extra, if you want a bath robe, extra and worst for us was if you want to use the in room safe, an extra charge per day!! To us this was unnecessary.
