Great staff! Ok breakfast but ran out of items…..The worst place we have ever stayed. Old stained carpets, chairs in rooms, broken door frame on bedroom door,only one lift works and can only take 2 people at a time. Took about 15/20 mins to get an empty lift! No way 4 stars we feel very cheated!! YGT should remove this hotel from your lists.

Hotel is very tired stayed 4 nights no change of linen but the hotel is being modernised should be finished in December.

The Dragon Hotel did not have a reservation for 0ur group. Vickey on reception did a marvellous job of booking us in.

Hotel is now on the decrepit side of tired! Very well placed in the city but we will not be staying there again. Good buffet breakfast!

I am not impressed with this location! Very not up to YGT standards. We could hear wrecking balls and see tumble weed go bye! Basically shite!

Hotel looking tired , needs decorating and not very clean in parts , no fresh towels second day , no remote control for TV , asked for one but did not get it.
