    Fairmont Turtle Hill

Taking into account the dramatic changes in elevation of the Fairmont Southampton's estate, the golf course provides some magical views, and although it is comprised of par-3 holes, the par-54, 2,684-yard proposition has enough teeth to offer even skilled golfers a good test.

    Fairmont Southampton Reviews

    Thanks for a great trip

The courses were all great, the views spectacular and the hotel of a high standard.

The room exceeded our expectations - the restricted outlook others complained about was in the specification and we did not really notice the building noise.

The spa facilities were excellent- Caroline did a splendid negotiation- and the free Wi-Fi a pleasant surprise.

However, I would not go again in February. We understand from locals that the typical weather for this time of year is wet and windy. Indeed this is weather they are experiencing this week and on our last day. The best months are May and October apparently. We were very lucky.
