Formby Ladies Golf Club is proud to be one of the oldest independent women's golf clubs in the world, a haven of elegance and excellence nestled amongst the pine trees and sand dunes of the Lancashire Coast. Situated in the picturesque town of Formby, the club offers a golfing experience that transcends the ordinary.
As early as 1886 women were invited to form their own committee to organise ladies competitions and handicaps, and over the next ten years the ladies' section thrived.
Designed with passion and precision, the course bears the creative imprint of renowned architects, capturing the essence of the surrounding landscape while challenging every golfer's skill.
