Amazing location, routing and conditions of the course. We aren't used to playing on such tight courses, so it gave us all a test that we didn't expect. The play was extremely slow. It took us 5+ hours to complete the round. We were slotted in behind a corporate outing tournament that the pro shop didn't inform us of while checking in. There were times when there were three groups on a tee box waiting to tee off. It took till the 11th hole till we spotted someone from the course out checking on play and it didn't matter. I would recommend this course but make sure you aren't behind a corporate outing. The course is difficult enough without slow play making it worse.
Golf de Rochefort is set in 110 hectares of mature woodland right on the edge of the stunning valley of Chevreuse. The course has a permeable sand base, allowing it to be in fantastic condition all year round.
At just 45 kilometres west of Paris, it is easily accessible by plane, train and car from the UK & Ireland.
