We actually were moved out for two days to a 3* hotel which was decidedly worse than what we had originally paid for. Breakfast was very poor - they ran out of nearly everything, the coffee machine broke and you had to pay 6€ extra for cooked eggs. The transfer was badly handled ( they didn’t seem aware we were moving and nothing was ready and then got all our bags muddled up). For A 5* hotel they didn’t seem very organised.We were there for only two nights but drank about 6 different wines as they kept on running out. Breakfasts were excellent and the staff did try and help once they realised that we hadn’t been treated in the way they felt appropriate. Had we had 4 days at the Camiral as we had booked and paid for - it would have been a superb break but due to the fact they decided to take a booking for the entire hotel and renege on the deal we had agreed it was less than we had hoped and expected. I would like to add that that YGT were pretty awful about it as well
