All excellent. They don’t have a car park so you have to park in a public car park. Not a problem in may but may be in the height of summer

Warm thanks to Shirley and the King Head Hotel team. Enjoyed our stay from the beginning to the end. Travelling light wasn't our focus which created funny situations in transit and stairs but it was our making. Location was great and ambiance was perfect.

Exactly what we wanted Pub Hotel stayed in the guest house section sea view room even managed to have breakfast outside one day again no trouble for staff to allow this. We ate one night in the hotel good pub grub.Previous trips stayed at onsite hotels this was a nice change and fully recommend staying at Kings Head Hotel.

Watching sunrise over English channel every morning was amazing. Enjoyed the outdoor seating. Staff was terrific--our breakfast crew always most helpful due to early tee times. Upon check-in, getting luggage up to rooms (no elevator and very narrow stairs) was no problem as Graham (proprietor) and his staff lugged them up for us. Stored our clubs in a special room so we had easy access to them. Beds very comfortable. Best bathtub to take a long soak in after all the golf! Our room was spotless and housekeeping does a wonderful job. Towels were big and thick and better than most US hotels. Food was pretty good. They made kippers for me one morning which I appreciated! Loved the location and lots of good restaurants/shops in town.
