The Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris Beach Hotel & Spa is an adults-only, all-inclusive option on the Pachyammos beachfront in Paphos, around nine miles from Paphos International Airport. If you're building a Cyprus golf break, it's a handy base for getting to the main courses in the area, including PGA National Cyprus, with plenty going on back at the hotel once you're off the fairways.
You're also well placed for the harbour area, which is ideal if your group likes to mix golf with a bit of atmosphere. Heading out for a walk, a change of scene or a nightcap away from the resort is straightforward, but you've still got plenty on site if you'd rather keep it simple.
Facilities lean towards the easy holiday brief: direct beach access, indoor and outdoor pools, a proper spa with treatment rooms, sauna and hot tub, plus a gym. In the evenings, there are multiple bars and a late-night club, so it suits groups who like a livelier resort rather than a quiet retreat. In short, it's a good fit for golfers who want the convenience of all-inclusive, with sea views and a recovery plan ready for the next day's tee time.
Who is this for?
Adults-only golf groups and couples who want an all-inclusive base in Paphos, with the beach, spa and nightlife on site.
Who is it best for?
Players who like to keep logistics simple, play nearby courses (including Aphrodite Hills/PGA National Cyprus) and come back to a resort with food, drinks and evening options sorted.

The hotel has 382 rooms with a clean, modern look and a subtle Greek influence. Standard and Superior rooms come with inland, side sea or full sea views, while Deluxe Rooms offer extra perks, depending on the package you choose. Whichever category you go for, the rooms are geared towards switching off after a day on the course, with comfortable layouts and good space for a golf holiday base.
All-inclusive covers breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Blue Horizon buffet, with a mix of local Cypriot favourites and international staples. For a change of pace, you can also book the Mourayio Greek Taverna and Egao Asian Restaurant. In summer, you're entitled to one à la carte meal per stay (reservations required). In winter (November to April), that increases to two à la carte meals per stay, again subject to booking availability.
Bars are spread throughout the property. The poolside bar is ideal for a cold drink between rounds, the lobby bar offers a more relaxed setting, and the Erato nightclub keeps things going late if you're in the mood.
You've got a sandy beach on the doorstep, plus indoor and outdoor pools. The spa menu includes a range of treatments and a Garra fish spa, and there's a gym if you're the type who likes to loosen up before the back nine. For evening downtime, the spa facilities and hot tub are handy for an easy post-round reset, and there are various sports activities available if you want to stay active when you're not playing golf.
Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris Beach Hotel & Spa is located on the Pachyammos beachfront in Paphos, around nine miles from Paphos International Airport.

Rooms were a bit basic and not really set up as twins. Also I changed the transfer times with YGTprior to traveling. These had not been updated with the courier, which gave us more admin.

A bit dated. Food good Alcohol not great, you have to pay €30 a day for branded drinks. They give you a lunch to take to the golf courses which was an Apple, banana, biscuits, orange juice and a water which we all thought wasn’t adequate enough

Air Con not working in a few of the rooms. Ended up with bites due to having to leave veranda doors open at night. ‘Upgraded’ rooms by YGT were smaller for some of the guys. Staff didn’t appear as pleasant/helpful as last year. Spoke to other golfers who were on a similar package/price to us but had been upgrade to premium drinks via All Inclusive +, still waiting on reply from YGT on this.
