Set in quiet countryside just a short drive from Lille, lies the Merignies Golf and Country Club. One of the newest golf courses in France. The original 9 holes were built in 2008 with an additional 18 holes being added as recently as 2014.
Like a links, Merignies offers large and varied holes, affordable by everybody, but challenging for the best golfers, with strategically placed bunkers and ominous water features. The courses stand for their quality, due to important and technological investments in maintenance. Greens are fast and true, fairways are like carpets. Merignies also boasts the largest and most comprehensive practice facilities around Lille including a driving range and three separate practice greens where players can practice putting, chipping and bunker play. It also boasts the newest and best systems to maintain the golf course making it playable year round.
In 2018 Mergnies Golf & Country Club celebrated its 10 Years, and was nominated for the 'Best' Golf course in France award.
Two restaurants can be found in the Clubhouse, one a la carte the other offering more of a Brasserie feel with a Bar.
