Tucked into the hills north-east of Paphos, Minthis Golf Resort sits within a protected Natura 2000 nature reserve spanning over 5 million square metres of unspoilt Cypriot landscape. This is a destination where championship golf meets genuine wilderness, with a layout that winds past a 12th-century monastery and offers sweeping views across the Troodos Mountains. Beyond the course, guests can hike nature trails that pass waterfalls, mountain bike through vineyards and olive groves or simply settle into the resort's award-winning Wellness Spa and collection of luxury suites.
The resort is close enough to Paphos to make transfers straightforward, but once you arrive it feels properly away from it all. The Plateia, a social space adjacent to the clubhouse, evokes traditional Cypriot village life and serves as a natural gathering point after your round. Dining is led by Amaracus by Dimitris Katrivesis, where the focus is on Mediterranean dishes that showcase local ingredients, while Bar-M offers a more sophisticated setting for evening drinks. The spa provides complimentary access to all guests, with bespoke treatments available from skilled therapists who understand how to ease post-round aches.
If you want Cyprus sunshine, a proper test of golf and a resort that feels calm and grown-up without being stuffy, Minthis is a very smart shout. We can package suites, tee times and airport transfers so you can focus on the golf.
Who is this for?
Golfers who want a quiet, high-end Cyprus resort with a championship course, standout scenery and a proper spa for recovery between rounds.
Who is it best for?
Players who enjoy strategic, undulating layouts and groups who like their après-golf sociable rather than rowdy.

Minthis is a great golf course located in the south west district of Paphos. The course winds through stunning terrain, and often features breathtaking vistas of the Troodos Mountain Range.
Designed by Donald Steel, the course spans the estate of a 12th century monastery, and opened for play in 1994. Since then, renovation work by Mackenzie and Ebert, including brand new greens, new bunkers, and a redesigned layout has only served to enhance the Tsada experience.
Cool mountain breezes waft across the elevated landscape, which is home to the par-72 layout. Minthis is both challenging and beautiful, and adds much to the golfing options around the holiday resort town of Paphos.
The contemporary clubhouse offers impressive views of the golf course and dramatic valley. The lounge, golf terrace and cocktail bar provide the perfect space for pre-game drinks, while the restaurant transforms the finest local ingredients into culinary delights.
Minthis also has a Golf Academy, which provides great value for money when it comes down to improving your golf game.

Minthis Golf Resort has 40 luxury suites, a strong fit if you want the space and privacy of a residence with the service and facilities you'd expect from a five-star resort. Suites come in one and two-bedroom options with generous living space, ideal for couples who like to spread out or groups who want to stay together without feeling on top of each other.
Location-wise, it's easy. The ground and first-floor suites sit within walking distance of the golf course, clubhouse and the Plateia, so you can finish your round, freshen up and be back out for a drink without needing a car or taxis. The suites are finished to a high standard, with contemporary interiors that reflect the natural surroundings and plenty of natural light. The two-bedroom suites work particularly well for families or small groups sharing, offering separate sleeping areas and enough communal space to relax together after a day on the course or exploring the reserve.
Food and drink is centred around the clubhouse area. Amaracus by Dimitris Katrivesis leads the dining, with a menu geared towards Mediterranean flavours and local Cypriot produce. The focus is on sharing plates and lighter dishes, perfect for grazing after a round or enjoying a leisurely lunch on the terrace. Expect fresh salads, grilled meats and fish, mezze-style small plates and seasonal specials that change based on what's available from local suppliers. The setting is relaxed with views out over the surrounding landscape and a wine list that leans heavily on Cypriot and Greek labels.
For a later nightcap, Bar-M is the more grown-up option, with a cocktail programme that goes beyond the standard resort offerings. The interiors are rich and atmospheric, designed to feel like a private members' club, and the bartenders know their way around both classic serves and more inventive signature mixes. It's the kind of place to settle in for a proper drink after dinner, whether you're celebrating a good round or simply enjoying the end of the day.
If your group prefers something simpler, the Plateia delivers that social, village-square vibe that's made for replaying the day's best shots and near misses. It's the natural post-round meeting point, with outdoor seating, lighter bites and a convivial atmosphere that encourages conversation and connection with other guests.
To round it off, the award-winning Wellness Spa is a real bonus here, especially if you're playing back-to-back days. Guests staying in the Spa Suites have complimentary access to the facilities and you can book treatments to take the sting out of tired legs and sore shoulders. The spa includes a heated indoor pool, sauna, steam room and relaxation areas, with a full menu of treatments available for booking.
