Prado do Golf

Villas were a little remote & 1 bathroom between 4 wasn’t great. We were also told when booking there was a shuttle bus to take you to the courses. This was not the case & we had to use Uber.

Stayed here 3 times now. Shame the bar closes early now(8pm)used to be open until late. Great place for golfers to stay. Close to a lot of the surrounding golf courses.Friendly staff and very clean and tidy throughout.

All clean & tidy but the villa could do with being modernised very dated but very handy location wise especially for the Old Course

Put in villas at top end of complex meaning we had to cart golf bags up and down at least 45 uneven steps every day and steps not very well lit at night. No bar service on day we arrived and closes at 6 so usually shut when we got back. Reception very short hours as well. Breakfast reasonable. Villas ok inside but basic. Would not go back.

Perfect place to stay just what we were after

Everything you need for a central point to the golf courses. Staff were really friendly and the whole complex was very clean. Apartments were ideal for what we needed. Basic but very but had Everything you need for a break.(kitchenette with cooker,microwave,fridge,kettle etc. Nice size bathroom with washing machine. Good size bedroom and living room with air conditioning. Also nice outside seating area.)

Probably the worst place I have stayed in my life , only people there , nothing was open , loads of work being carried out And was not informed of an issues Very very disappointed

We stayed in an apartment, not the hotel. It was very shabby and in desperate need of total refurbishment. There was a cracked window, rust in places, wardrobe door was difficult to close, adaptor plugs did not fit snugly into the sockets… I could go on. The kitchen was very poorly equipped. There was only one wine glass, 2 dinner plates, no small saucepans, no tin-opener and no hair drier. (The hair drier and tin opener were provided on request.) The Reception was closed some of the time during their nominated opening hours, and no-one answered the phone when we rang during opening hours. On the plus side, the situation of the apartments is good. Several good golf courses are nearby, and the Old Course is within walking distance.

Whilst I would class this as "budget" accommodation, it was exactly what we required and met all our needs. We were hardly here so sued it purely to sleep and shower. Staff were very friendly, pool was adequate and the accommodation itself was clean and tidy. Could probably do with a bit of a refurbishment as it's looking tired. Location is quite far out from the marina and bars/restaurants, a good 30 minute walk into the marina but this didn't put us off.

the place is very tired when asked about transfers the receptionist sorted it but we had to pay and i thought this was included

Booking later than normal meant that our options were limited unless we were prepared to pay a significantly higher price. This is self-catering accommodation 10 minutes taxi ride from the Marina. Basic but adequate. For the amount of time we spent here the lack of facilities you get at a hotel didn't make much difference.
