Promotion: Balls for All

• Only trips that are worth a minimum of £500 in the UK; £1,500 in the EU, Morocco and Turkey; and £3,000 in the rest of the world will be eligible for the promotion
• In order to qualify you must book in February AND pay in full for your golf trip on or before your balance is due.
• Your balls will be sent once you have paid your balance
• E.g. you could pay your balance in May, but as long as you booked in February you will still receive your allocation
• The earliest delivery date of the balls will be 1st May 2023
• The promotion must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added retrospectively
• Should you reduce the group size to below the minimum requirements for eligibility you will no longer receive the promotional item.
• Should you increase the group size to a new ball allocation band, you will receive the number of balls your group is eligible for at the time of travel
• Promotion is applicable to any new booking made and paid in full to selected destinations and applicable group sizes for travel anytime, unless otherwise stated.

• Tournament bookings are excluded from this offer

Promotion: Open Championship Survey

• Competition open to UK residents over the age 18 only

• Your group will get a Full Travel Credit to be used against your next trip if:

Promotion: Take Your Pick

• Your group will get a Full Travel Credit to be used against a separate trip if:
• You book a new holiday with a travel date of 1st August 2024 or later between 1st March and 17:30 on 13th March 2024
• You pay for your trip in full before 17:30 on 13th March 2024
• The player you pick via our form before 23.59 on 13th March 2024 wins the PLAYERS Championship
• Travel credit will cover the total amount you spent with Your Golf Travel for your March booking, including flights, golf, buggies and so on
• Eligible customers who correctly predict the winner of the Players Championship 2024 will receive a voucher (travel credit) of equivalent value to their eligible booking
• This voucher (travel credit) must be redeemed by COB 31st March 2025 against a new booking with a travel date no earlier than 1st April 2025 and no later than 31st December 2025
• Travel credit can only be used on new itineraries - it can not be applied to an existing booking
• The value of the travel credit issued will be equal to the value of the trip at the time of booking, unless the trip is downsized, in which case it will be equal to the value at the time of travel.
• Travel credit will be issued to the winners 28 days after they return from their qualifying trip with us.

• To be eligible for your exclusive discount, lead bookers must prove they are England Golf members by quoting an active and genuine CDH number at the time of booking
• To qualify for the saving on golf holidays, the following criteria must be met:

• Discount can only be applied to bookings made between 1st - 31st August 2024

1. Promoter:
This promotion is offered by Your Golf Travel Limited of Cloister

2. Promotional Period:
The promotion is valid for new bookings made between
00:01 on 1 September 2025 and 23:59 on 30 September 2025. Bookings made
outside this period will not qualify for the discount.

3. Eligibility:
a. This promotion applies to bookings made during the Promotional Period.
Eligibility is determined by the minimum spend thresholds set out in these
terms and is not limited by the number of passengers.
b. The lead name on the booking must be 18 years or over.
c. For UK & Ireland holidays:
i. The promotion is only available to members of England Golf and
iGolf. In order to prove eligibility, you may be required to disclose
your membership number, the name of your home golf club and
your golf handicap;
ii. For bookings of between 4-7 passengers, the promotion is not
available for trips of only a 1-night duration.
iii. The discount shall be applied after you make your booking.

4. Discount:
a. With the exception of UK & Ireland trips, the discount will be applied at
the time of booking against the total price payable. Where the booking is
made via YGT’s call centre, the discount will be applied automatically by
YGT. Where the booking is made online, the customer must input the
applicable discount code at the time of booking in order to receive the
discount.
b. The discount applies to the total price payable for the booking, and not
on a per person basis.
c. For UK & Ireland holidays, the discount you are eligible for is subject to a
minimum spend of £175 per person for 1-night stays and £225 per
person for stays of 2 nights or more.
d. For Europe and Rest of World bookings, the discount you are eligible for
depends on the total value of the booking, and is subject to a minimum
spend.
e. Only one discount may be applied per booking.

6. Changes and cancellations
a. All bookings remain subject to YGT’s standard cancellation and
amendment charges.
b. If you cancel your booking, the discount will not be re-applied to any
rebooking unless it is made within the promotional period and otherwise
eligible.

7. Liability
a. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits YGT’s liability for death or
personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that
cannot be excluded by law.
b. Subject always to 7(a) above, YGT shall not be liable for any loss,
damage, or expense suffered by any person as a result of their
participation in the promotion, except to the extent such loss arises
directly from YGT’s negligence or breach of contract.

8. Data Protection
a. Any personal data supplied in connection with the promotion will be

9. Additional terms:
a. If you amend your booking and as a result of the changes it no longer
