*Subject to the following terms and conditions. By participating in the promotion, you
shall be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

1. Promoter:
This promotion is offered by Your Golf Travel Limited of Cloister
Court, 22-26 Farringdon Lane, London, EC1R 3AJ (“YGT”).

2. Promotional Period:
The promotion is valid for new bookings made between
00:01 on 1 September 2025 and 23:59 on 30 September 2025. Bookings made
outside this period will not qualify for the discount.

3. Eligibility:
a. This promotion applies to bookings made during the Promotional Period.
Eligibility is determined by the minimum spend thresholds set out in these
terms and is not limited by the number of passengers.
b. The lead name on the booking must be 18 years or over.
c. For UK & Ireland holidays:
i. The promotion is only available to members of England Golf and
iGolf. In order to prove eligibility, you may be required to disclose
your membership number, the name of your home golf club and
your golf handicap;
ii. For bookings of between 4-7 passengers, the promotion is not
available for trips of only a 1-night duration.
iii. The discount shall be applied after you make your booking.

4. Discount:
a. With the exception of UK & Ireland trips, the discount will be applied at
the time of booking against the total price payable. Where the booking is
made via YGT’s call centre, the discount will be applied automatically by
YGT. Where the booking is made online, the customer must input the
applicable discount code at the time of booking in order to receive the
discount.
b. The discount applies to the total price payable for the booking, and not
on a per person basis.
c. For UK & Ireland holidays, the discount you are eligible for is subject to a
minimum spend of £175 per person for 1-night stays and £225 per
person for stays of 2 nights or more.
d. For Europe and Rest of World bookings, the discount you are eligible for
depends on the total value of the booking, and is subject to a minimum
spend.
e. Only one discount may be applied per booking.

• For Europe (excl. France, Morocco & Turkey) trips:
Spend a minimum of £3,000 to receive £50 discount
Spend a minimum of £5,000 to receive £100 discount
Spend a minimum of £7,500 to receive £250 discount
Spend a minimum of £10,000 to receive £400 discount

• For Rest of World trips:

5. Exclusions
a. The promotion does not apply to existing bookings (including re-bookings
of cancelled trips) and cannot be applied retrospectively.
b. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers,
discounts, or promotions.
c. The promotion only applies to bookings made directly with YGT and does
not apply to bookings made through third party travel agents or resellers.
d. YGT reserves the right to exclude certain destinations, departure dates
or products. Details of any exclusions will be provided at the time of
enquiry or booking.
e. Tournament packages (meaning packages that include attendance at
professional golf tournaments such as The Masters, The Open
Championship or The Ryder Cup) are excluded from this promotion.
f. The promotion cannot be redeemed against gift vouchers.

6. Changes and cancellations
a. All bookings remain subject to YGT’s standard cancellation and
amendment charges.
b. If you cancel your booking, the discount will not be re-applied to any
rebooking unless it is made within the promotional period and otherwise
eligible.

7. Liability
a. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits YGT’s liability for death or
personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that
cannot be excluded by law.
b. Subject always to 7(a) above, YGT shall not be liable for any loss,
damage, or expense suffered by any person as a result of their
participation in the promotion, except to the extent such loss arises
directly from YGT’s negligence or breach of contract.

8. Data Protection
a. Any personal data supplied in connection with the promotion will be
processed in accordance with YGT’s privacy policy, which can be found
here: https://www.yourgolftravel.com/privacy.

9. Additional terms:
a. If you amend your booking and as a result of the changes it no longer
meets the criteria for the promotion, you will no longer be eligible for the
discount.
b. If the value of your trip changes, your discount may change too.
c. YGT may amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice
but this will not affect any qualifying bookings already confirmed.
d. All bookings are subject to YGT’s booking terms and conditions, which
can be found here: https://www.yourgolftravel.com/terms-and-conditions, and the terms
and conditions of third party suppliers providing the travel arrangements
included in the booking.
e. Added value offers such as free buggies, free dinners, free places, free
room upgrades are all subject to availability- and applicable to certain
venues only. Please speak to your YGT Specialist about the terms and
conditions for specific venues.
f. This promotion and all bookings are subject to availability.
g. The discount available under this promotion is non-exchangeable, non-
transferable and has no cash value. No cash equivalent will be given if
you do not take up this promotion.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
a. These terms and conditions and the promotion are governed by the laws
of England and Wales.
b. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the promotion or these
terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts of England and Wales.

[1.] The Promotion
The "Double YGT Clubhouse Points" promotion (the "Promotion") is organized by Your Golf Travel (YGT). By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. During the Promotional Period, eligible members will earn Clubhouse points at twice the standard rate (2 points for every £1 spent) on qualifying bookings.

[2.] Promotional Period
The Promotion is valid for bookings made between 13:00 on 9th April 2026 and 23:59 on 30th April 2026 (the "Promotional Period"). Any bookings made outside of these dates will not be eligible for double points.

[3.] Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this Promotion, the following conditions must be met:

Destinations: The booking must be for a golf break located within the United Kingdom or Ireland.

Booking Channel: The offer is strictly limited to online bookings made via the official Your Golf Travel website. Bookings made via telephone or live chat are excluded.

Membership: The lead booker must be a registered member of the YGT Clubhouse reward program by no later than 30th April 2026.

Booking Status: The offer applies to new bookings only. Amendments to existing bookings made prior to the Promotional Period do not qualify.

[4.] Allocation of Points

Qualifying members will have their bonus points calculated based on the total base value of the booking.

[5.] Cancellations and Amendments

2026 European Golf Deals

[1.] The Promotion

This promotion offers variable discounts on qualifying group golf holiday bookings made for travel during the 2026 calendar year.

Advertised maximum discounts are applied to the total package price.

Maximum discounts available by destination are as follows:

Turkey: Up to 35% off

Morocco: Up to 30% off

Spain & Portugal: Up to 20% off

Cyprus: Up to 15% off

[2.] Eligibility and Applicability

Validity Period: This offer is valid for new bookings made between 29 April 2026 and 31 May 2026. We reserve the right to withdraw or extend this promotion at any time without prior notice.

Travel Dates: Travel must take place between before the end of 2026.

Variable Pricing: The exact discount applied will vary based on the selected venue, date of booking, and total group size. Not all venues within the advertised destinations will offer the maximum discount.

Availability: All offers, venues, and tee times are strictly subject to availability at the time of booking.

[3.] "Free Places" and Group Sizes

"Free places" (e.g., 1 in 8 go free) are subject to the specific venues and subject to availability at time of booking.

Where a free place is awarded, this will be factored into the overall percentage discount of the booking, or applied as a deduction to the final group balance, as advised by your Golf Travel Expert.

To receive the maximum percentage saving, a minimum group size of 8 is required to qualify, although smaller group sizes may still benefit from a reduced saving.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise by your Golf Travel Expert, discounts do not apply to:

[1.] The Promotion
The "Double YGT Clubhouse Points" promotion (the "Promotion") is organised by Your Golf Travel (YGT). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
