Real Club Pineda de Sevilla
Established in the 1940s as an equestrian club by a collective of Army officers, Real Club Pineda is situated on a 200-acre property on the southern outskirts of Seville. Members partake in a diverse array of sports, which encompass not only golf and equestrian pursuits but also tennis, swimming, and croquet for the more refined.
In 1992, Jose Luís Bastarreche expanded the original 9-hole course to an 18-hole layout, which has since undergone renovations by GTM Golf, the firm responsible for constructing Gil Hanse’s course at Trump International in Dubai.

The course features predominantly flat terrain, with a gentle slope leading towards the Guadiara River. The fairways are spacious and bordered by a rich variety of vegetation, including numerous palm and pine trees.
The greens are relatively small, and the strategically placed water hazards can make reaching them challenging. The first hole, a par four, is considered one of the most difficult due to its rightward dogleg. It presents a formidable beginning, but once navigated, the course becomes much more manageable.
