We understand that everything feels a little bit unpredictable at the moment, so the team at YGT have put together our Refund Guarantee for those of you who want full flexibility with your golf travel plans. YGT guarantees that you can book with us in absolute confidence with our promise.
Full Flexibility 30 days before you travel
You have complete flexibility to rearrange your trip without any cost, up to 30 days before you’re due to depart, book between 23rd November - 25th December 2020 and travel by 31st December 2021. That means we’ll move your travel dates or move your golf holiday to another destination at no cost to you.*
If changing FCDO advice affects your trip, including updated rules on quarantining, and you’re unable to rearrange your trip to a future date, we’ll offer you the opportunity to receive a full refund up to 30 days before you’re due to depart.
*Additional charges may be incurred based on changes to your trip such as accommodation and/or seasonality, airline costs that may not be fully recoverable on selected flight routes and ticket classes and non-refundable / non-transferable elements such as specified tee times and event tickets.
30 days Cancellation Policy on bookings to all destinations
YGT gives you the flexibility to book a trip to any of our destinations with complete confidence. For all bookings, you can cancel your trip up to 30 days before you’re due to depart and still receive a full refund, when you book by 25th December 2020 and travel by 31st December 2021.*
*Some elements of your booking will be non-refundable / non-transferable (such as flights, tournament bookings, tickets and certain golf courses, which require a deposit at the time of booking. If any part of your booking falls into this category, we’ll explain prior to the booking so you are fully aware - if anything isn’t clear, please speak to our Golf Experts who will be happy to support you.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for our Refund Guarantee you must have made a booking with Your Golf Travel under our terms and conditions and paid a full deposit at the time of booking before Christmas Day in 2020.
If you need to move your trip we won't charge you a fee to change the dates (travel dates may be moved to departures up to 31st December 2021). We can also provide you with a travel credit towards your next booking instead if you prefer.
Please note that any supplier change and cancellation fees or price differences (from our travel partners) will be passed on unless stated.
Deposits start from just £35 per person in the UK & Ireland, £50 per person in Europe and 10% on long haul or tournament bookings.
