Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando

Located on International Drive, Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando is a simple, good-value base for golfers who want to spend their budget on tee times rather than hotel frills. You're right by Pointe Orlando's restaurants, bars and evening entertainment, plus a short hop by car to a huge spread of courses across the city.

Rooms are clean and functional, parking is free and gated (a genuine win in Orlando) and there are enough on-site facilities to keep a group happy between rounds. After a warm Florida day on the course, you've got three outdoor pools to cool off in, plus Zebra's Sports Bar for a relaxed, post-golf pint and whatever game is on.

For UK and European groups, the big appeal here is convenience. International Drive is an easy place to stay, eat and head out, and with a hire car you can build a strong golf itinerary without trekking across the state. If you're planning a mates' trip or a society tour and you want a lively location with sensible pricing, Rosen Inn is a practical pick that keeps everything straightforward.

Accommodation at Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando

Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando is a large complex with 1,020 rooms and suites spread across six buildings, which gives it more of a "holiday village" feel than a single tower hotel. That layout works well for golf groups as it keeps things relaxed and informal, with plenty of space even at busier times of year.

Rooms are set up for practicality. You get an en-suite bathroom, cable TV and high-speed internet access, plus a fridge, microwave and coffee maker as standard. If you're doing Orlando on a golf budget, those little extras matter. In my opinion, the fridge and microwave are the unsung heroes for golf groups in Orlando. It's handy for keeping breakfast simple, storing drinks for after the round, or grabbing supplies from the on-site mini-market rather than paying theme-park prices all week. Triple rooms are also available, which can help keep the overall cost down for larger parties.

Facilities are geared towards easy downtime. There are three outdoor swimming pools, two heated, so you can still enjoy them in the cooler months. There's also a video game room and some kids' entertainment, which makes the hotel workable if your trip mixes golf with family time.

Food and drink is straightforward rather than fancy, but that's the point. Zebra's Sports Bar is the main social spot, with live music on selected nights and plenty of screens for the main live sport. It's ideal for a quick bite and a catch-up after golf without needing taxis or another drive. The bar menu covers classic American fare, burgers, wings and shareable plates, while the mini-market stocks essentials if you'd rather grab something quick.

If you're planning to play a few different courses, the hotel's free gated parking and International Drive location make the logistics easy. You've got a strong mix of Orlando courses within a reasonable drive, from resort layouts like Shingle Creek and ChampionsGate to well-regarded daily-fee tracks such as Mystic Dunes and Hawk's Landing. The right trip can also factor in bucket-list names where access allows. In short, it's comfortable, functional accommodation that suits golfers who want value, a good base and a bit of atmosphere, without paying resort prices.
