4 Nights, 3 Rounds
- 4 Nights Bed and Breakfast at Sheraton Fuerteventura Beach, Golf & Spa Resort
- 3 Rounds at Sheraton Fuerteventura Beach, Golf & Spa Resort
4 Nights, 3 Rounds
Located on Fuerteventura's southern coast and less than ten minutes from the airport, Sheraton Fuerteventura Beach, Golf & Spa Resort is built for easy, fly-in golf breaks. You've got the Atlantic on one side, the golf course next door and enough on-site facilities that most groups won't need to go anywhere once they've checked in.
It's a proper resort setup. Finish your round, drop the clubs in the room and you can be at the pool bar in a matter of minutes. The beach runs along the edge of the property, there are five pools split between adult and family areas and the Hesperides Thalasso Spa is a serious option for anyone who likes their recovery to be more than a quick stretch by the first tee.
Fuerteventura is a reliable winter-sun choice, and the coastal breeze keeps the golf interesting without it feeling like survival golf. The Sheraton also works well as a base if you want variety, with other parts of the island within reach, but the big appeal is convenience. Couples get the beach and spa, families have kids' club and pool options and golf groups get a straightforward resort where logistics are simple and evenings don't require a taxi plan.
If you're looking for a no-fuss Canaries golf holiday with sunshine, sea views and everything in one place, this is an easy one to shortlist.
Who is this for?
Golfers wanting winter sun without the hassle, groups and couples who value convenience and quality over boutique charm and anyone building a Canaries golf trip who wants a resort base with everything on-site.
Who is it best for?
Mid-handicappers and above looking for a relaxed, playable course in consistent conditions, families mixing golf with beach time and winter-sun regulars who want a resort that works straight out of the box.

The resort has 266 rooms and suites, and the big win is that the majority come with a private terrace or balcony facing the sea. The layout is low-rise and spread out around gardens, walkways and the pool areas, so it feels open rather than tower-like.
Rooms are classic Sheraton in style, with dark wood, warm tones and plenty of space for golf gear. Beds are the Sheraton Sweet Sleeper, which is good news if you're on early tee times, and standard in-room kit includes satellite TV, Wi-Fi, tea and coffee facilities, a safe and individual climate control. After a windy back nine, that air con matters more than you'd expect.
Suites add extra living space and some include a private jacuzzi bath, which is ideal after 36 holes or a heavy week of golf. For groups, the setup works well because you can keep everyone close together on-site, rather than split between separate hotels or needing transfers after dinner.
Outside the rooms, you've got five pools (including family-friendly options), beach access, sauna facilities, tennis courts and a kids' club with organised activities, which makes the resort practical for mixed groups where not everyone is playing every day. Golfers will also like how close everything is. You're not building your day around shuttle times. You can have breakfast, warm up, play and be back in the sun within the hour.
The Hesperides Thalasso Spa is one of the better-known spa options on the island and a real selling point if you like a proper hydrotherapy circuit. Thalassotherapy uses seawater and marine products for treatments, and if you've never tried it, a post-round session here, particularly the hydrotherapy circuit, will sort out tight shoulders and lower-back stiffness better than any amount of stretching. There's also a sauna, steam room and a full treatment menu designed around relaxation and recovery, which makes it popular with golfers and non-golfers alike.
Dining spans three main restaurants, each with a different angle. La Veranda covers Italian, with proper pasta, wood-fired pizza and a terrace that catches the evening light. Wok-N-Zen handles Asian fusion, leaning towards Thai and Japanese flavours with a live cooking station that's worth watching if you're into that sort of thing. The standout, though, is Faro de Antigua, the resort's surf-and-turf specialist. The steaks are excellent, the seafood is fresh and local, and if you've just played well (or badly and need consoling), this is where you want to book a table.
For drinks and evening entertainment, the Someplace Else Bar hosts live music several nights a week, usually a mix of acoustic sets and local acts, and it's the sort of spot that fills up naturally without ever feeling forced. If you'd rather something quieter, the pool bars stay open late and you can sit outside with a nightcap and listen to the Atlantic rolling in a few hundred metres away.

4-Night Golf Stay at the Sheraton Fuerteventura My son and I stayed for four nights as two golfers sharing a twin room. Unfortunately, our trip didn’t get off to the best start, as we had been promised that someone would meet us at the airport. No one was there on arrival, and after waiting around 20 minutes, we decided to take a taxi. Surprisingly, the taxi company was aware of our arrival, but it seemed no one could be bothered to come and find us. That aside, the Sheraton Fuerteventura is a lovely hotel with excellent staff and a very positive attitude. A warm welcome with a very nice complimentary beer on arrival! The hotel itself could do with some refurbishment, as certain areas are looking a little tired. However, our deluxe room was very comfortable, and the spa and gym facilities were excellent. There are three outdoor pools and one indoor pool, all well maintained. Breakfast was first class, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The town is within easy walking distance and offers plenty of great places to eat and drink. During our stay (over Half-Term) it was quite busy, though it did have an end-of-season feel. Our visit also coincided with Halloween, and the hotel went all out with fantastic entertainment for both adults and children. The hotel promotes itself as a golf resort, but it’s important to note that the course is nearby rather than on-site, and not within walking distance. A shuttle service is advertised, but it was noticeably absent during our three playing days. To the hotel’s credit, they organised taxis for us, which we initially paid for but were reimbursed once we provided receipts. The manager handled this promptly and professionally. Overall, the Sheraton Fuerteventura is a great hotel with excellent facilities and service, but it’s worth knowing that it is not an on-site golf resort.

The rooms were extremely spacious and exceeded our expectations. Excellent storage facilities and great sea view balconies. Lavish buffet made paying extra for the specialist restaurants unnecessary. The grounds and pools were perfect and adjoining the beachfront walkway. Poolside food excellent.

Hotel is of a good standard, had to ask for a new room card on 5 separate occasions, pools, saunas, rooms typical Marriott quality, what let’s this place down is simply the food, it’s incredibly tasteless, very bland, and of poor quality, would never do half board again or even breakfast.

Excellent hotel, large spacious room, super pool & spa facilities, helpful and friendly staff. Choice of dining options in the buffet or either of the two al La carte restaurants & La Veranda is a great spot for lunch and a glass of something chilled. Daily shuttle to Fuerterventura Golf Club is a bonus and its only a few minutes cab ride to La Salinas GC. A Pleasant 10 minute walk along the prom into CDF if you want a change of scenery. Only downside, the hotel is immediately under the busy flight path.

This is a lovely hotel. Although it is very large they have made it feel very homely and intimate. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional at all times and make you feel very welcome and well looked after. The bedrooms are very big and comfortable with a good outdoor terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. The buffet was very good although the main course was a little repetitive. We ate in their a la carte restaurant El Faro which had excellent food and we would highly recommend Algo Mas restaurant at Las Salinas golf club which has very good quality food and a great atmosphere and excellent service. We also enjoyed lunch in the small shopping area next to the hotel which is only a 5 minute walk away. The hotel bar has entertainment every night which is of a good standard and the drinks are priced very reasonably for such a high quality hotel. We didn't use the pool or the spa but they both looked very good. There is a free shuttle bus to Fuerteventura golf club every hour but the taxi service is excellent only costing 5 euros each way if you don't want to wait. Overall we had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton and couldn't recommend it highly enough.

We had a fantastic stay and the staff were so welcoming to us. The outside pool area was brilliant and breakfast was the best in any hotel I’ve stayed at. The hotel room was very big so easy to store your clubs without them getting in your way. I would say the hotel looks a bit dated now but kept very clean. Overall a fantastic stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great golfing holiday.
