The hotel grounds are a delight for families, with loads of action for the little ones, while the more mature guests will be delighted with the proximity to the beach and the strip, where all of Magaluf's famous pubs, bars and nightclubs are to be found.
In addition to the neighbouring beach, Sol Barbados has 4 massive outdoor swimming pools, 2 of which have designated areas for the kids. There is a large sun terrace and a regular sports programme, while you can play tennis, attend diving classes, or go for a work-out in the well-equipped fitness centre, then enjoy relaxing in the sauna and steam room. Meanwhile, parents will appreciate the kids club, where accredited carers will provide dedicated attention and a myriad of fun and games.
The hotel boasts a large buffet restaurant that serves everything under the sun for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Great location and value
The Hotel was pretty good, staff were nice and place was very clean. You did warn me it was a family hotel, but my only fault was there was too many small children around and the only bar area in the evening was right in the entertainment area. Hotel did have a sports bar, but closed it at 6pm - im sure if that had stayed open later we would have utilised it. Re food I thought food was good in quality and variety and we could eat all day if we liked.
