The London Golf Club opened in 1993 and since then has garnered a considerable reputation as one of the finest golf clubs in the South of England, largely thanks to its two outstanding championship golf courses. The International Course is open to visitors and is one of the best in area which is great for all abilities yet provides all levels with varying challenges along the way.
In addition to the two marvellous golf courses, one of which was designed by the legendary Jack Nicklaus, The London Golf Club boasts extensive practice facilities including a 330 yard driving range and a number of practice greens and bunkers which are aimed to replicate the conditions you will find on either of the two fantastic golf courses. A top class clubhouse and a well positioned halfway house complete the package.

0800 043 6644The Heritage Course at London Golf Club is one of the best tournament courses in the South East of England. With plenty of room off the tee, golfers are encouraged to tee it up and hit it high to give shorter distances into the well-protected greens.
Designed by 18-time Major winner, Jack Nicklaus, The Heritage features numerous water hazards ready to capture any off-line approach. Notable holes on the course include the par-3 3rd hole with the green protected by bunkers short and water left, plus at nearly 200 yards from the championship tees, only a perfectly struck shot is likely to find the putting surface. The par-5 5th hole with the green guarded by a large stone-walled lake provides an opportunity to reach the green in 2 but knowing that any shot short and right is likely to end in a bogey or worse.
As host of The European Open in 2008 and 2009 with Ross Fisher and Christian Cevaer as champions, The Heritage is one that can test the very best and in Fisher's case, one of the longest drivers in professional golf.

Measuring over 7,000 yards from the tips, The International Course will pose a serious challenge to even the most talented players however it is not exclusive to only the lower handicappers. Four sets of tees mean the course can play as little as 5.494 yards and thus is accessible for a great variety of golfers. Undulations and elevation changes make club selection tricky; combine this with pot bunkers and huge expanses of water and sand and you have a course that demands precision, course management and imagination in order to score well.
The International is maintained to the very highest standards as has garnered a reputation as one of the finest downland courses in Europe. Watch out for the exciting par 5 4th which has been set up to allow players to play the hole in regulation while tempting the big hitters into going for the green in two. This is a truly magnificent par 5 that reflects the quality of the rest of the course.
The International Course has a rich tournament pedigree having hosted The 2018 and 2019 Staysure PGA Seniors Championship as well as the Volvo World Match Play which was won by Finland's Mikko Ilonen who defeated Sweden's Henrik Stenson 3 and 1.

It should have been closed. They can’t control the weather but they know how well the course drains. Every fairway was waterlogged and lots of greens had pooling. We got a 50% off voucher for the next time we wanted to play which was fine but they should have closed really. To be fair, with what has happened this year I’m not sure I massively blame them.
This was everyone's favourite course of the tour. Played on a warm sunny day with just a light breeze it was very enjoyable. a wide variety of holes and some good par 3's over water. Excellent staff and service. Highly recommended.
