Befitting of this five-star experience, Verdura is home to two championship golf courses designed by world famous architect Kyle Phillips. We had a great golf break at Verdura Golf Resort & Spa. The courses were super and we played the championship course, a combination of the West and East holes, as played in the Sicilian Open several times, very tough especially when the wind blows. It’s a real treat to play courses that are not fully booked. We felt we were playing millionaires’ golf.
The accommodation was really good, and the staff excellent. As were the spa facilities.
The location was a bit remote, but never the less a super golfing destination, although quite pricey.
