In 2007, a renovation and expansion project was completed, adding further rooms to the initial 38 and lifting the hotel to an excellent four star standard. The collection of 62 rooms reflects the classic elegance of Desenzano and the lakes, neo-classical in style and complete with the best modern amenities. These are tastefully married with period features to create a charming environment.

Many rooms offer spectacular lake views, while all are complete with LCD flat screen televisions with Sky channels, air-conditioning, mini-bar, safe, direct dial telephone and internet access. The charms of Lake Garda, including the area's golf courses, are within easy reach, making the Villa Rosa the ideal golf holiday base.

From mid-April to mid-October, the outdoor swimming pool with its delightful sun terrace are open, while there is also a small gym.
