Comfortable hotel, staff excellent and helpful. Used a La carte restaurants, good quality and good value. Location means lengthy hilly walk to/from beach area if beach holiday a requirement.

La Plantation is a top quality hotel with friendly and very helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the three hotel restaurants are good. Breakfast is excellent. Great restaurants and the beach are only a 10 to 15 minute walk away and several good golf courses are within a 20 minute taxi ride.

Excellent hotel with good facilities and friendly and helpful staff. We only used the buffet restaurant for breakfast which was excellent with both hot and cold dishes. Eggs and omelettes cooked fresh. The hotel is located at the top of a hill requiring a 20 min walk to the beach and restaurants/bars on the front. It is a fairly steep back to the hotel but taxis are readily available in both directions. We found that the a la carte restaurants in the hotel were excellent and used these rather than going to the restaurants outside, prices were good and no more outside. This avoided the 20 min walk each way or the taxi fares.
