Ladies stayed in comfortabke little lodges all next to each other. Cars were able to park outside each lodge or near by which made it good for unpacking ready for golf each day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good both at breakfast and in the evening. There was a big wedding on Friday so I think the lunch menu was restricted and service was a bit slow in the evening but they made up for this on the Saturday as service was excellent. Plenty of seating areas inside and out around the bar and also rooms near to the restaurant where we could do our presentation. Great spa facilities which not all of us had time to use.
Windmill Village Hotel, Golf Club & Spa is steeped in tradition and history. Situated on the outskirts of Coventry in its own 400-acre estate, it dates to 1640 and legend has it that Dick Turpin, the infamous highwayman, stayed at the inn.
Windmill Village's parkland course is an easy-walking pleasure, which will be enjoyable for both beginners and more established players.
