We had a three hour wait after check out and the hotel insisted on removing our all inclusive wrist bands. This is the first time I have known this and found it harsh, as there were no late check outs available I would have thought they would let us still eat and drink until we were picked up. They did offer us a voucher for lunch after a bit of discussion but as mentioned this is the first time I have had this happen and thought it was a bit off.

Stayed here last year, and it's a lovely hotel with fantastic facilities throughout. The check-in desk can get extremely busy, but that's a minor issue. The rooftop jacuzzi is a lovely added touch.

Great stay, really enjoyed the all inclusive option for our group. Only negative would be how busy the adults pool was but it was a minor issue on a great weekend.

We were a golfing group staying for 3 nights all inclusive. Staff were very attentive and made us feel welcome with great service. Good selection of food for the buffet meals, location was great for beach and there was a nice poolside bar to relax. Can’t fault it considering the cost and reason we were visiting.

Quality hotel offering the usual facilities. Good service and excellent views. About a couple of miles from Benalmádena Marina so you will need a Taxi to get there.

Absolutely beautiful location and views. The perfect spot. The roof top terrace is an added bonus. The rooms are lovely and really well kept. Staff could not have been more helpful.
