fabulous golf course as good as you will find anywhere

Always paired up as a fourball , which was fine. Speed of play was good . Nice to have free balls on the range.

Deep Bunkers every where

Of the four courses on the estate my order of preference was 1 The Hills 2 The Bay 3. the Dunes 4 The Olympic . But the Dunes is still a 9/10 course with some stunning holes . I loved them all

Good standard and tough in the wind! Generally excellent and challenging for single handicappers. Only comment would be that the greenkeepers clearly don’t play golf as several of the pin positions were in places verging on unfair.

Great course whether you are playing yellow or whites.

A top class golf course. Very well kept. The dunes on either side of the fairway do rescue wayward shots a bit.

Again enjoyed this course and the bar/ restaurant facilities were very good.Also liked the close proximity to our hotel.

Course lovely too. A little harder but enjoyed it

By far the premier course of the resort. Long, tough and well bunkered holes. Cleverly designed with some particularly impressive and stand out holes. Greens US ironing board quick standard. Right up there with Monte Rei in Portugal and Finca Cortesin in Spain. We rated it 8.5-9.0 out of 10

Probably the longest and most difficult course we played. Greens were slightly chewed up given our late tee time. Overall a brilliant experience and amazing lunch and dinner in Flames restaurant.

Excellent course and good for all types of golfers

Lovely course with open fairways. The views not as good as the Bay Course, but a great course all the same. Easily accessed from the hotel.

Greens like lino took some getting used to but standard of the course was excellent.

We went out first and, as there were only two of us were able to complete the round without any delays. The course was beautiful with well maintained fairways, bunkers and greens. Just perfect.

We like this courses very much.

Second only to the Bay Course

this Bernard Langer course will really suit the longer hitters, all greens are protected by a lot of bunkers, so you have to have a reliable shot in.... The greens were pockmarked by many unprepared pitch marks, a bane of resort courses everywhere.. Several coaching groups in the practice area meant no bunker practice and being moved to the end of the driving range as coached groups had a reserved area. This didn't impress!!

The Dunes is a challenging but fair course with some beautiful sea views, and interesting and varied holes. Caddy masters are very helpful, flexible and calm under pressure. It was in immaculate condition, the greens superb. The practice facilities are second to none. We never tire of playing here.

I would say buggies are helpful as on some holes the walk from Green to Tee was considerable, but perfectly do able as the course is not hilly. A lovely course and the organisation from the golf staff amazing.

Compared to previous visits the course was very busy - perhaps too busy which led to chivying to hurry up which detracts from the experience. It ali left virtually no choice of tee times or playing partners. Fortunately the 4 balls I was put in proved friendly but it could easily have gone badly wrong. I assume there had been a special promotion that may have been too successful. Perhaps I have been spoiled by enjoying the courses in the past when time was not an issue.
