Facing the South China Sea, the course boasts one of the most beautiful settings for a golf course in Vietnam, if not Asia. Its brilliant conditions can be attributed to the Paspalum turf which lace the tee boxes, fairways and greens with the backdrop of the neighbouring mountains towering over stages of the course. Panoramic views of Ha Long Bay are available from many of the holes, in particular the five par-3 holes. The links course incorporates the sea breeze on many of the longer holes, requiring careful shot selection from players, as it can get quite strong and a high drive could be swept off course. On the whole, this new course is sure to turn some heads in northeast Vietnam and offers exciting golf with beautiful surroundings.

The FLC clubhouse is over 2000 square metres in size and is modernly designed, offering a luxury base for golfers before and after their round. With a driving range and short game practice area, the clubhouse also boasts several top-class restaurants and a fully-stocked pro shop.
