Accommodation at Hotel El Puerto Fuengirola

Ideally located on the seafront promenade, Hotel El Puerto is just a matter of yards from the sandy beach, and within easy walking distance of local shops, bars and restaurants.

Guest rooms have all been recently refurbished and come with modern conveniences including air conditioning and WiFi as standard, with some rooms boasting sea views. A range of options including Double Rooms and Junior Suites ensure this Costa del Sol hotel can accommodate groups of different sizes including families.

The hotel has a restaurant on-site, where guests can enjoy both breakfast and dinner, with buffets or set menus on offer for your evening meal depending on the season. For refreshments, pre-dinner aperitifs, or a few drinks in the evening before heading out to discover the famous Fuengirola nightlife, guests can make use of the stylish Sky Bar, located on the hotel roof, boasting magnificent views of the beach and the Mediterranean Sea.

During your time away from the golf course, you can relax on Fuengirola’s beach, or by making use of the amazing outdoor swimming pool at Hotel El Puerto which boasts a dramatic rooftop location.

Golfers choosing to do their golf holidays with a rental car rather than transfers also benefit from access to the Hotel El Puerto car park.

The hotel was fine, good central location and rooms good. Unfortunately we went for half board and the choice of food in the evenings was very poor. I regret we didn't do B&B and eat out as there are lots of places close by.

not necessarily a hotel i would choose to stay at for a holiday, but perfectly adequate for a bunch of golfers. Lockers for clubs and staff au fait with needs of golfers. Bar in reception open evenings only. Breakfast adequate.

The hotel is in a good location close to Fuengirola bars and restaurants and the beach. The restaurant on the beach opposite was unfortunately being refurbished so should be v good next time. (Colon) a tapas restaurant in town was the best and a short walk. The roof top pool is a big attraction with great views over the long beach. It could do with more shaded areas as sun lounges under the shaded areas get grabbed early. Service for drinks was good though the food on the roof top was poor. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel does not have an iron! You need to fill out a laundry service form with associated costs. If you do this on a Sunday they cannot tell how ling it would be to iron a shirt due to lack of staff in that dept. Waiting for a lift to breafast in the morning can be a challenge particularly if you are on the 16th floor. This is the 3rd time I have stayed there but next time I will try the Hilton.

Enjoyable stay, but rooms small we had were for sharing, very small bathrooms and strangely no bed side tables either. On balance I'd go to Fuengirola again but I'd go for a different hotel, if the choice was only this type of room
