Hotel Elba Sara 4*

Staff were lovely. Room was great. Food was cold and undercooked. Vegetables were like they were out of the fridge, there was nothing keeping them warm such as heat lamps etc. Fried eggs were precooked and left out to help yourself, on a cold shelf, they were also uncooked and "snotty".

Nice enough hotel, beds are reserved so you need to be early if you want one. Food was ok but have had better elsewhere.

Fabulous, just a few too many children but it was half term

This was our 3rd visit to the Elba Sara & it doesn’t disappoint.The recently refurbished rooms are very comfortable.The shower is 5 star.You can even watch BBC1,BBC2,ITV & C4 on the TV if the evening entertainment isn’t your thing. The food is plentiful and tasty though the restaurant can get busy during school holidays.The shuttle bus to the golf course is a great asset.

The hotel is predominantly an all inclusive drinking den, the regular travellers on their winer beano are resentful of the golfers, of which there are many of various nationalities. The cosmopolitan element is excellent, made many acquaintances. The hotel is dated, but anecdotally always full, so not sure how they could update things. Staff are the best, as they are everywhere that I went on the island. Rooms terribly dated, uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Transfers for golf are okay, when they turn up, but a taxi is only €3 plus tips so not really a problem. Would I go back? Yes for the golf, but not to this hotel.

We chose this hotel as it said it was a golf resort. We expected the hotel to be on the golf course which was disappointing.

Lovely hotel to stay in. Everything was to our liking but the staff were exceptionally friendly which made our stay all the more enjoyable. Very close to the sea and five minutes away from the golf courses and ten from the airport what more could you want.

Short of staff. Queuing for drinks. Food not good although all inclusive went out for 3 evenings to resturants. dated decor. tiles in rooms chipped.

Not up to 4*rating Self service most of the time which is not what we wanted and meal quality very variable with tough meat and mainly lukewarm food. Do not understand why this was highly recommended?

Everything was Lovely the staff are fabulous.

Hotel was good but not really geared towards golfers. There were far more families with children than I expected and the shuttle to the golf course didn't really work as it only ran e few times a day.

The staff, accommodation, hotel, location and transfers to and from airport and golf course could not be faulted.

We've stayed in this hotel once before, so we knew what to expect and we were certainly not disappointed - this was our 4th trip to the Canaries with YGT and we are already looking forward to booking a 5th

We enjoyed our week at the Elba Sara - comfortable room, good choice of food at breakfast and evening meals and found the shuttle bus worked well for our daily trips to the fantastic Fuerteventura golf course.
