The bedrooms and hallways are very tired, with old decoration The bars lack atmosphere, with very few outdoor terraces except the pool bar The Reception staff were not very welcoming and generally unhelpful and lacked a personal touch. We were told the themed restaurants were fully booked. In fact they were closed on at least 2 nights. The shops in the basement are very limited and have little style, with no pharmacy. The main restaurant has no atmosphere and the outdoor seating had little in the way of views of pools or sea. The food offering was very poor compared to most Belek hotels The golf course is excellent with good practice facilities and a nice clubhouse with friendly staff The beach pontoon was closed for refurbishment. Overall, this is the least attractive hotel we have stayed in at Belek, even taking into account the cheaper price. The saving grace was the golf course, which is very nice. We would stay at the Palazzo if we decided to return to Kaya.
