This 5-star hotel, crafted in a classic Canarian style, is nestled within lush tropical gardens. The modern design of the rooms adds a distinctly Mediterranean ambiance to the property. Guests can relish breathtaking views from each room, whether overlooking the vibrant gardens or the sparkling ocean.
Just a short walk from the promenade and the famous Maspalomas lighthouse, the hotel has been designed by drawing influence from the various architectural styles that are evident throughout the island's villages.
The elegant suites and spacious guest bedrooms, all of which are decorated and furnished in a simple yet luxurious fashion are all equipped with full air-conditioning, mini-bar, satellite television, sitting area and private terrace or balcony.

A nice hotel? A few small issues but the location and shared facilities and buffets with the two other mega hotels made it very good. The free shuttle to the golf courses was very good as is the island bus service which has a bus station 15mins walk away.

Very nice hotel,more like a village setting. Great location if staying b and b,restaurants are a 10 minute walk.Also show sports in the bar.

The hotel has almost everything that one could wish for. It is large and one can get a little disorientated in the grounds, but the facilities are exceptional. Entertainment in the Plaza every evening is top notch, with a couple of exceptions, but I won't quibble. The staff are unfailingly polite and helpful, but don't try and leave the restaurane with a banana!!! The location is very good; a short walk and one is on the sea front promenade with access to a multitude of shops and restaurants.

Amazing hotel, which is closer to being a village.. Great location with everything you need close by.. Las Palmas is about 60kms away but hotel is close to many of the courses. Would definitely stay there again

Not really a 5 star hotel with very odd design that doesn't really work. No tea/coffee maker in room,no face cloths, no conditioner in bath; buffet meals are a real scrum, the bars aren't attractive places. The spa is outside the hotel for the public. Good access to cliff top walkway to shops/restaurants

Excellent hotel in a superb location. Room was first class, spacious and well-equipped. Social areas excellent with good choice of bars for pre and post-dinner drinks. Buffet restaurant was very busy at times with a queue forming as people waited to be seated. It also often looked like there were more staff assigned to accompanying people to tables than actually attending to tables. Food was generally plentiful and of a good quality.

The hotel was really great. Food was excellent and great value for money on the 3 meals for 54EUR deals at the hotel. Lots of pools and hideaway sunbathing spots and the Spa was really fantastic - what a view !!

All very nice but a shock when asked to pay 30 EUROS EACH TO USE THE FANCY SPA FOR JUST 3 HOURS! Nothing mentioned about that when we looked at the website before booking.
