0800 043 6644La Torre, designed by the great Jack Nicklaus, is similar in style to the famous resort courses of Florida and as such players must safely negotiate vast swathes of sand and the ever present threat of water hazards lurking at the edge of the fairways and around the slick and true putting surfaces.
Measuring a meagre 5,945 yards from the back tees, La Torre is playable for golfers of all abilities and while talented players and the big hitters may find it to be comparatively short, the strategy and precision required from the back tees still poses questions of any golfers skill.

La torre has clearly suffered from recent weather. Some greens were very poor but still enjoyed the day.
Bear patches all over the fairways with barely any grass. Greens were terrible with track marks from machinery and loads of chunks took out of them from machinery. Driving range looks terrible. Played last year at la torre a d couldn't believe the decline
Good course no club house or pro shop
The course is typical Jack Nicholas with a lot of sand and shrubs to replicate desert. The greens are raised and all the fairways are stuffed with bunkers. There is some water but again the lakes are not well kept. Most doglegs are right.
we loved this place.
Nice little course only used my driver once, some holes require managing and some great par 3 holes over water. Flag placement was comparible to a championship course...brutal 😂 Enjoyed it only bad point got stuck behind some slow play, but a steward moved them along so we were back on track nice course.
A good course. You will be paired up with another twoball if you are not already a fourball but that is fine otherwise you will get impatient waiting.
Some lovely holes on this course, plenty of Par 3 over water, greens a little slow but overall pretty good
The pro shop has been shut down and most of the clubhouse ws locked up. A good course only let down by the facilities.

Found this an extreme challenge due to number of bunkers and the enormity of some of them. It didn’t help the greens were in poor condition and very slow compared to alternative courses we played on different days.
