The original 18 holes were designed by the late Folco Nardi, who created a technical examination that is adaptable enough to present an appropriate challenge for everyone. The outstanding quality of the course has seen it established as a regular host for prestigious regional and national tournaments, and locals will tell you that prudent strategy and sound course management are far more valuable than brute power.

Lauro has recently added another nine-hole loop, which allows visitors to benefit from the great variety that the different combinations provide. The latest addition is relatively flat, but affords terrific views of the Guadalhorce Valley and the magnificent Mediterranean coastline.

The stunning clubhouse is located in a sympathetically converted traditional Andalucian building, ensuring that visitors benefit from a truly genuine experience during a visit to this charming corner of the Costa Del Sol.
