The food and drink choice was limited and, for early tee offs, the breakfast opened quite late. Would’ve been nice, on all-inclusive, to be offered a packed lunch as we were out all day. Rooms were functional but small and opposite a very noisy building site.

On check in, despite the receptionist telling me 3 of my party were to be on the lower floors due to health conditions, I confirmed those names at the time. One of them was placed on a higher floor, then moved to the 2nd floor, even though others were on the first floor, then had to go back because they had not moved his all inclusive. The rest of us were mostly placed on the outside, those with rooms next to the building site directly across the road were awakened at 8 am with metallic bangs. Lovely when you're out until the early hours. Not the hotels fault I hasten to add. When I asked if there was any chance of a room change to across the other side of the corridor, no, it's more expensive. Thats the only gripes, not major but annoying.

Hotel is in a good location unfortunately opposite a building site will woken up every morning. I work around about 7:30. Would not return to this hotel.

For our golf group of 8 this hotel was ideal. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The only issue were some of the rooms allocated overlooked major building work. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. There was some external noises during the night which made sleeping difficult.

Decent hotel as a base for golf, great location, rooms were ok, sound proofing was however poor. Facilities adequate.
