Macdonald Doña Lola Resort occupies a fantastic beachfront location, just a short stroll from Calahonda with its shops, tapas bars, restaurants and nightlife. A large resort built around a 270ft curved swimming pool, it also offers sub-tropical gardens, characterised by swaying palms and tumbling waterfalls - all gently sloping towards the Mediterranean.
The resort has magnificent leisure facilities including tennis courts, a heated indoor pool, gymnasium, sauna, whirlpool and Turkish bath. The health and relaxation centre offers a top quality service, including waxing, facials, hydromassage and many other treatments.

Everything we needed for a 3 nights stay for a group of 8 friends on a golf trip. Would definitely to back.

We were very pleased with the accommodation, and the free entry into the spa and pool. The staff were extremely helpful. Also a quick shout out to the YGT rep, Trine who organised our trip at very short notice in a most efficient manner. As a consequence of that hard work we will certainly look to YGT to organise our next trip. Well done !

Lovely hotel,rooms spot on with two rooms for 2 meaning you have a good sleep from snorers.Close to amminaties bars restaurants & pool.

Pool very cramped and no personal outside sunny space for sitting out .. Apartment all on one level very good but a bit tired no mid week clean or clean towels or bedding

Functional and comfortable but VERY dated decor. Kitchen very cramped, had to open fridge door to fully open dishwasher to load. Balcony very disappointing: small, shaded and ugly, never sat out once.

Been going to Marbella for the past 6 years and wanted to save on cost and a change. Macdonald Dona Lola was just perfect for our group of 16. We had early tee times so had time round the pool in the afternoon. It made for the best trip we have had so far. As ever YGT organisation was 1st class.
