Lovely hotel with very attentive and friendly staff
This hotel is very high end, clean and all staff are wonderfully polite. Only issue is that it charges far too much for the ordinary golfer for food and drinks. The golf bar is about OK, but the pool bar, bar and restaurant are really expensive with €30 each for starters, mains and €14 for a G & T, so an evening meal for two is circa €250, unless of course you go out.

Lived the 9 hole course, shame we only played it once
Lovely course with beautiful views. Course Marshall was friendly as were all the staff
The golf course is great, well kept and lots of green staff to maintain it. It is not mega difficult but tricky with well placed bunkers, some narrow fairways in places and ponds. The greens are soft and take a ball well. The rough is not too punishing and fair for the most part. There are white, yellow, blue and red tees. Higher handicappers can use the blue tees if they want to make it more enjoyable by reducing the influence of hazards. Some of the par 4's need two good strikes to get there but it also has very reachable par 5's. It wasn't terribly busy either. I thoroughly enjoyed playing it.
